We are looking for an experienced responsible Customer service representative with a great positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a strong work ethic are critical to this position.
Position Description:
Greeting customers with a friendly and positive attitude and building rapport.
Answering phone calls, making appointments, checking emails.
Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office.
Ordering and returning parts, organizing and ordering stock supplies.
Maintaining teamwork within the business to ensure success.
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of administrative/office experience
Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
