Position Overview:
Currently, we are looking for a technician to perform maintenance on Class Eight trucks.
Pay is very competitive. We offer direct advancement opportunities through our company.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
Diagnosing issues with Class Eight trucks and trailers
Safe and accurate operation of company alignment machine.
Assisting mechanics as needed
Safely performing assigned tasks in compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Job Requirements:
2+ years experience as a Diesel Mechanic
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and MVR check
Must have a valid driverâs license and clean MVR
Must not have any DUI or Drug Convictions in the last five years
High School Diploma/GED, Trade or Vocational Training preferred
Basic computer skills in order PC-based diagnostic software
Ability to provide your own basic hand tools
Effective oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to read technical manuals.
Must be able to effectively read, write & understand verbal instructions in English
Must be able to meet physical requirements of the position (lifting up to 100+ lbs., bending, climbing, standing for duration of shift, etc
