The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for the planning and delivery of customer solutions. You are essential to developing deep, trusted relationships with clients at all levels, including executives, business owners and professionals translating technology capabilities into the appropriate business value. You will work with Equifax's top clients as a technical consultant on client implementations. You will work in partnership with one or more scrum teams; including Development and QA resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the design, development and implementation of short and long-term solutions to information technology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure. Often involved in modifying or adapting existing designs
  • Responsible for consulting with clients and advising them how to integrate Equifax products and services to solve their business problems, as well as identifying and implementing improvements to the clients existing business processes
  • Perform change management activities, lead configuration management and provide on-call level 2 support, including sales support, transactional research and application troubleshooting
  • Gather and document requirements to be used by internal developers, customer development teams, and internal quality assurance team
  • Responsible for client satisfaction and quality of services provided
  • Responsible for partnering with Development and QA resources to manage requirements, review for quality, and manage the delivery to the customer
  • Coordinate with migration office on timeline and solution readiness communication to the customer
  • Work with PO on product feature gaps and issues
  • Attends regular meetings with customer to consult on system changes (Daily, bi-weekly or weekly)
  • Coordinate customer UAT incident tracking and delivery of fix and gather customer UAT Sign-off
  • Follow up on the production readiness checklist items
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with , Business Support Team and SREs for Customer Go Live
  • Provide Prod Go Live Customer Support
