We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with proven accomplishments in API integration and mapping. The candidate will augment this experience in implementing strategic APIs. The ideal candidate will also be able to rapidly assess varying architectures and API strategies.
In this role, you can look forward to:
- Working closely with development teams to assist in API implementations
- Guiding and directing mapping efforts to existing APIs
- Influencing new API development for initiatives
- Enabling adoption of new interfaces with impact to millions of consumers
- Working across teams to identify and describe standards
- Working closely with other BA and Architecture professionals with diverse backgrounds
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of two years experience as an analyst
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
- Implementation experience with REST or SOAP-based APIs
- Experience with API development and tools such as SwaggerHub or Stoplight
- Experience in streaming technologies, such as Kafka
- Use of Jira, Confluence or Azure Dev Ops for collaboration
- Able to communicate complex, technical concepts to non-technical associates and clients
- Ability to establish relationships within all levels of the Company
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills using Microsoft tools, including Visio
