RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a partially remote Business Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities:
In this role, the Business Analyst meets with stakeholder(s) or sponsor(s) to discuss an expressed need or opportunity for business analysis
Elicit and document requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into detail requirements
Tests understanding of high-level requirements according to the stakeholder and sponsor needs
Defines and clarifies problem or opportunity and documents requirement
Gathers sufficient information, and facts in order to define the current state of the problem or opportunity
The Business Analyst determines the accuracy and relevance of gathered information as it relates to the problem/opportunity being defined
Interacts with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) in order to better understand the problem or opportunity
Facilitates agreement with stakeholders on problem statement, high-level scope, and goals for the analysis to be performed
Formulates a refined scope definition, problem statement, and goals as needed
Create and maintain workflows, approval processes, and validation rules based on internal stakeholder requirements
Interface with developers as a functional and technical advisor for new functionality
Interface with vendor partners as needed to design optimal solutions NCF's different platforms
Document changes to the design and implementation of the applications
As a Business Analyst, this role provides application and service expertise to users and drives operational best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis
Track record of effectively managing concurrent projects while balancing multiple tasks and priorities
Outstanding organizational skills, analytical ability and attention to detail
Skilled in applying technology concepts and best practices for web development and API integrations
Data driven, ability to write simple to moderate SQL queries to perform adequate analysis on data for requirements gathering
Salesforce experience is highly preferred
Strong knowledge on SDLC is required
Confluence and JIRA experience is required
Working knowledge in agile/scrum environment
Microsoft Office applications
