RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Process Optimization Specialist in Alpharetta, GA.
Summary:
The client looking for a specialist in business process engineering and optimization who can lead cross-functional teams to achieve results. This role will lead efforts to identify, prioritize and implement new processes and drive improvements to the organization's existing business processes and supporting technologies to improve overall organizational performance. This position will review financial, operational, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement or create measurement systems where none exist. We are looking for an individual who has depth of experience applying process improvement frameworks such as Lean and Six Sigma in a pragmatic way with strong business acumen. You will need to demonstrate initiative, emotional intelligence, excellent facilitation and communication skills, and a strong understanding of change management. You should enjoy streamlining or removing complexity and creating efficient solutions that enable an enhanced giver (customer) experience. Maintaining a fresh perspective and a strong customer focus are important in this role.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business disciplines, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
7+ years of business process improvement experience; 10+ years of general business experience
Experience with common process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six-Sigma, etc.)
Flexibility to adapt/adjust planned work through analyzing work demands, competing priorities and tight deadlines
Experience in interfacing between the business and IT/engineering in developing and implementing requirements and use cases
Strong communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity, be decisive, and provide leadership when needed
Outstanding writing, organizational skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail
Ability to foster teamwork, including effective collaboration between business and technical team members, and between employees, consultants, and vendors
Experience with CRM, ERP, data management and/or financial services systems
Creative problem-solving & analytical skills to drive keen insights and understand root causes combined with a -sense of urgency- to develop solutions
Preferred Certifications: PMP, Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt, and/or Prosci
Prior consulting from either a large/strategic consultancy or internal corporate consulting/process improvement group is preferred
Specialized experience in the areas of enterprise reporting/data management, sales/CRM processes in financial services, and/or fund accounting and non-cash asset management is preferred
