Role: Firmware Validation Engineer
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Contract

Job Responsibilities:

  • Writing code and developing test scenarios using hardware and software in the loop testing environments using Python and/or C and/or Rust.
  • Maintaining a suite of regression tests to ensure software functionality for each release of vehicle software.
  • Building and maintaining automated test infrastructure, including HIL (Hardware-In-the-Loop) test setups.

Skills:
  • 3 years experience with Python and C development. Experience with Rust, Clojure a bonus.
  • 2 years of experience with MCUs. Experience with BLE / Nordic and UWB a bonus.
  • 1 year+ of experience with test infrastructure and testing frameworks (E.g. Robot framework)
  • Experience with security libraries, MCU bootloaders, TrustZone a bonus.
  • Familiarity with schematics, board layout, prototype board construction.
  • Familiarity with targeting the automotive environment, including CAN bus.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions or Jenkins for the test frameworks.
