Description: Network Administrator Hybrid Job Responsibilities : Working in an enterprise operations environment or NOC. Maintaining, upgrading, and configuring Cisco routing/switching hardware Work experience Candidate must possess 3+ years of demonstrable experience in the following areas: • A firm understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 troubleshooting and incident resolution skills • Network monitoring experience with BigPanda, LogicMonitor, and Thousand Eyes preferred DESIRED EXPERIENCE • 2+ years of experience with network monitoring and incident response methodologies • 3+ years of experience supporting networks in a fast-paced NOC or helpdesk environment • Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or Palo Alto firewall troubleshooting is preferred
