Resource Deployment Manager
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Two or more years of experience in resource staffing or project management experience, preferably in professional services.
Experience in financial reporting and forecasting.

As a Resource Deployment Manager you will provide thought-leadership to assist the business in determining staffing requirements of contracts, developing and identifying key skills and providing systematic support for the resources for the Public Sector Federal and SLED verticals.
The team's primary goal is to help develop a picture of where the company stands as far as utilization performance against target, and what the pipeline of sales means for the staffing model.
Work directly for the Professional Services (PS) operations team.
Proactively identify and recommend resource options based on skills so unit leaders can successfully meet staffing requirements and ensure utilization targets are met.
Provide Business Analysis and Forecasting while developing and maintaining forecasted staffing needs, working closely with unit leaders to understand planned and future work.
Participate in meetings with the Information Technology, Finance, and the business unit leaders.
