job summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who will provide support to the organization through the customization and configuration of the Salesforce platform. The position will customize and manage the Salesforce.com platform building custom components and features and release management for Employee applications. Our Salesforce HR Help Desk system supports 28 groups in HR and Payroll across Canada and US. We have expanded the use of the platform by developing applications accessed by employees across the enterprise. The applications are PTO Request process, COVID processes, Procurement. We have also developed applications used by HR such as Reduction in Force and Furlough applications. We have users in Lithuania using an application we developed for requesting time off and managing employee leaves.

responsibilities:
Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objects, business requirements and company goals
Provide system administration and customization support of internal employee facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications including Apex, LWC, Visualforce and lightning components, Omni channel, user permissions, security settings, process builders, visual flow, integrations.
