Job Profile Summary

  • In this role, you will build Commercial technology solutions (Salesforce, etc.) to enable business operations and deliver market-competitive products and services to internal customers.
  • You will be working on multiple projects/programs as a Salesforce technical expert on a Commercial Digital Technology (DT) team in Client Corporate, partnering with business stakeholders, functional teams, and other DT teams across all of Client's businesses.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Be the technical lead for Client Corporate Salesforce platforms (mainly used by Client Corporate and Licensing businesses) and provide technical expertise across multiple Commercial platforms/tools.
  • Responsible for the administration, configuration, design, and development of these Salesforce platforms, various Salesforce integrations with other enterprise SaaS tools, and supporting users in various Client businesses and functions.
  • Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders/users, and other technical resources to ensure high-quality DT deliverables and streamlined operations that meet business needs.
  • Establish self as and serve as a trusted partner to businesses from DT/IT perspective, understand business processes, gather and analyze business requirements, build technical designs and functional specifications, and then implement and continuously enhance.
  • Drive and own standard work for technical solution implementations from end-to-end to meet business requirements and industry/Client-wide best practices, by balancing Salesforce OOTB product features and customizations for the best user experience and minimal technical debt.
  • Participate in the analysis, design and development of a strategic roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive technical architecture viewpoint.
  • Work on various SaaS software (i.e., Salesforce) license manage client via automated tool and processes to help drive the governance for Commercial technologies across Client businesses.
  • Actively engage Client the Client Commercial DT community, participate in and help facilitate monthly forums/learning sessions.
  • Define and maintain technical knowledge Client (including technical documentation) regarding solutions and platforms, contribute to our expanding Knowle Client base and repository of best practices and domain expertise.
  • Research, evaluate and learn emerging technology. Keep up on industry and market trends to assist in product development and/or operational delivery activities. Continuously build domain expertise and bring new ideas to the team.

Technical Expertise
  • 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce, 3+ years at minimum.
  • Has extensive experiences in multiple enterprise Salesforce implementations i.e., Sales, Service, and Community Clouds (Partner Community preferred), Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics).
  • Has extensive experiences in Salesforce integrations with other enterprise SaaS applications (i.e., Customer Connect/Customer Master, Oracle Fusion ERP, Conga Collaborate, Conga Grid, DocuSign, Drawloop, Box, etc.)
  • Salesforce certified (Admin, Developer, etc.) or specific Salesforce trainings i.e., Trailhead.
  • Skilled in Salesforce.com with hands-on experiences on SFDC administration and configuration -
  • User Interface, Standard/Custom Fields & Objects, Validation Rules, Workflows, Approval Processes, Sharing & Security Rules, and Reports & Dashboards.
  • Has extensive experiences over SFDC customizations - TrigClientrs, APEX, VisualForce, SOQL, SFDC Lightning and Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics).
  • Demonstrates knowledClient and experiences of SDFC integrations and API methodologies.
  • Utilizes tools including Data Loader, Workbench, Visual Studio to complete support and maintenance operations in SFDC.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel including formulas and functions (i.e., vlookup), pivot table, etc.
  • Understands and has experiences in Web technologies, Software Development Life Cycle, software deployments and configurations, Agile/Scrum, and Lean.
  • Keen interest to learn current and emerging technologies and continuously build expertise.
