Teaching Position for After School Program
Our Day Care is currently seeking experienced, qualified, fun loving candidates who are passionate about children and early childhood education, nurturing, excellent interpersonal skills with parents and staff and can multi task. If you have the love for children, teaching and have excellent communication skills. This is the position for you.
The position offers a part-time schedule of 2-6 pm Monday through Friday.
After School Teacher must enjoy and love working with children ages 4 - 12.
Must have clear back ground check and able to start immediately.
Must have a valid Driver's license.
Assist in helping the children with their homework, creating activities for the children for outside play and inside, lesson plans, supervising, cleaning and maintenance of the room.
Hours could vary for After School Teacher when the kids are out for break
One of the following preferred:
- Lead Teachers must have CDA or higher degree
- Child Development Associate (CDA)
- Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood, Infant/Toddler, or Program Administration or School Age Care
