The Drafting Department for a Residential Builder is searching for focused, professional Drafters with experience in the custom home building industry. We are looking for highly competent self-starters who possess strong communication, problem solving, and team-building skills.

Must have experience in single-family detached housing.
Qualifications
⢠2 years minimum experience in similar position within the homebuilding industry.
⢠2 or 4 year Degree in Construction, Drafting, or other related field.
⢠High level of understanding drafting software.
⢠Experience with most recent versions of Revit.
⢠Extensive knowledge of the homebuilding process.
⢠Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
⢠Strong Structural knowledge a plus.
⢠Strong work ethic and Motivated.
⢠Detail oriented, Organized, Well Balanced, Positive Attitude.
