Bakery Manager at Kiki’s Bakeshop
Job Responsibilities
o Supervises and delegates tasks to Bakery Team Members.
o Train Team Members on all Kiki’s Bakeshop procedures, checklists and systems
o Keeps all cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and properly rotated.
o Opens and closes Bakery according to established procedures.
o Communicates team concerns to owner operator
o Sets and achieves the highest standards of retail execution.
o Fosters and encourages a positive environment
o Consistently communicates and models Kiki’s Bakeshop vision and goals of incredible product quality and community connection and service.
o Order product and supplies as needed for bakery operations
o Write weekly schedules for all Kiki’s Bakeshop team members
o Maintain proper par levels for all products and supplies
o Work along side team
Job Skills
o Extensive knowledge of Bakery procedures.
o Strong demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
o Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer service skills.
o Capable of teaching others in a positive and constructive manner.
o Thorough product knowledge.
o Demonstrated decision-making ability, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate.
o Bakery production experience
o Ordering experience
o Basic math skills
