Creative, experienced Farm to Table Chef for an award-winning, casual fine dining restaurant in the North Georgia Mts. Restaurant has an outstanding reputation for farm-to table, gourmet dining and an established relationship with farmers in the region. This is a great place to showcase your talents as a creative chef with originality and flair while working in a place of unique beauty and ambiance. Must have a passion for food, allowing the flavors to speak for themselves, be experienced in catering, controlling food and labor costs, maintaining strict inventory, staff training, menu planning, restaurant profitability, and a great work ethic.
Knowledge of wines and bar operations a plus. Looking for a hands on chef that works well with educating and training BOH and FOH personnel so that they're knowledgeable about all menu items and their preparation.
