Property management company needs employee thru July to assist with interior & exterior painting of rental houses close to downtown Athens & UGA. Must know how to roll, cut in cleanly with brushes & clean up. Experience required. Also minor repair work. Must be a team player, have reliable transportation and a positive attitude, be reliable, on time, and have sense of humor. Some Saturday work may be required. Preparing houses for new tenants. Lots of painting, hauling junk etc. All houses close to downtown Athens and UGA. Our office is on Milledge Ave.
