Small general practice firm seeks associate attorney for personal injury and family law practice.
Requirements include:
-Juris Doctorate Degree.
-Member of State Bar of Georgia in good standing.
-Criminal Law
-Personal injury, insurance defense, general liability, or family law litigation experience
preferred.
-Solid written and verbal communication skills including command of the English
language.
-Maintain current knowledge of Local Rules, Georgia Rules of Civil Procedure, FRCP
and other applicable codes and regulations
-Coordinate and communicate with parties outside the Firm including clients, courts,
opposing and co-counsel, vendors, attorneys, secretaries, paralegals, case assistants,
managers and other staff.
