We are looking for experienced sewing machine operators to join our growing team.
Our company creates yoga / lifestyle clothing and home goods primarily on stretchy knit fabrics. We manufacture for our own brand and a variety of wholesale clients. The majority of our work is produced sustainably on recycled fabrics.
Requirements :
- 2 - 4 years industrial sewing experience
- Must be proficient in a fast-paced, detail oriented manufacturing environment
- Must be able to multi-task on sewing floor and efficiently do multiple operations on different machines
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must have transportation
- Must be on time
- Sewing test will be part of interview
Shop Hours:
- 7 am - 4pm
- Some weekends are required
Compensation:
- Job will start at part time with very quick full time potential once training is complete. If hired, a one month trial will take place to determine manufacturing efficiency along with capability to work alongside current team.
- Job starts at $10 / hr. We are looking to switch to piece work this summer and will be striving to increase overall production capacity and build a system that enables the potential for proficient sewers to make $15+ / hour.
