We are seeking an IMMEDIATE START**Tractor Assembly And Welders** to become an integral part of THE ONTRACK STAFFING at KUBOTA-JEFFERSON, GA TEAM! The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms. Starting pay is based on completion of weld test. Pay range for 2nd shift welders start at $13.50 and could increase to $16hr. Assembly positions are $10.50 hr plus a $1.00 shift differential equaling $11.50 hr. All position are Temp to Perm based on attendance and performance. Kubota Industrial Equipment has NEVER had a Layoff.. Come secure you CAREER with us!

Responsibilities:
Assembly of Tractor parts.
⢠Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
⢠Install and repair various equipment and components
⢠Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
⢠Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
Qualifications:
⢠Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields
⢠Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
⢠Ability to handle physical workload
⢠Ability to utilize hand tools for purpose of assembly
⢠Must be able to lift 40-50lbs consistently
⢠Overtime is Required
