Staff Zone is looking for a Office Manager to join our new branch in ATHENS, GEORGIA! The Office Manager effectively and efficiently assists with the management of the full operations of the inside of a branch. This person must be able to work well with the Branch Manager, the Sales Manager, and with the customers to insure a smooth-running branch. This person must be self-motivated and have strong communication skills.

Here is a realistic preview of what your typical day might be like:
In the morning you assist with dispatching duties with the Branch Manager. After which you will also help with balancing the books, managing credit and collections, promoting safety in the workplace, and any other functions that the Branch Manager may need.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
Credit and Collections experience
AR/AP knowledge
Recruiting experience is a plus
Professional phone etiquette
Ability to multitask under pressure
Ability to monitor and report problems
Autonomous work ethic (being able to perform duties without direct supervision)
Reliable transportation
