Classic City Computing "CCC" is looking for an entry level IT tech to assist with our help desk operations.
Roles and responsibilities:
-communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
-good customer service
-good technical, problem solving skills with attention to detail
-good documentation skills (documenting issues at hand, your time working on issues, etc.)
-resolve issues within the scope of your ability
-escalate issues out of your scope or depending on severity to management
-familiarity with Windows computers, networks, network drives, client server networks
