Local IT company is looking for a IT tech to assist with our help desk operations. We service clients all over the Southeast while our home office is in Athens, GA. Candidate would be working from our Athens based office.
Roles and responsibilities:
-communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
-good customer service
-good technical, problem solving skills with attention to detail
-good documentation skills and accountability (documenting issues at hand, your time working on issues, etc.)
-resolve issues within the scope of your ability
-eagerness to learn new technologies and skills
-escalate issues out of your scope or depending on severity to management
-Windows computers, servers, networks, network drives, client server networks
Please, no calls or visits to the office about this position.
This is a Monday-Friday 8am-6pm position in our Athens office.
