Benchmark Management is accepting applications for an immediate opening for the position of Service Technician / Groundskeeper at our Athens apartment community.
This position will have duties of both a Service Technician (maintain the entire community in safe, attractive, comfortable condition, under the direction of the Service Manager and assist the Service Manager with all projects and phases of on-site maintenance operations) and a Groundskeeper ( keeping exteriors, common areas, amenities, vacant apartments, sidewalks and breezeways of community in a clean and safe condition. Sets high standards for asset appearance.)
The position requires Saturday hours and on-call rotation.
The successful candidate will be a High School Graduate (or equivalent), have a minimum of 3 years maintenance or skilled trade experience, working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry and working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances.
