This is a Contract opportunity for Customer Account manager - responsible for the following: Will use MS Excel reporting to review customer account information and identify gaps or issues with data integrity. This includes
Source and update missing customer account information.
Investigate delinquent receivables accounts for assigned business units by reaching out to customers via email and phone.
Maintain and update customer files in the Accounts Receivable system.
Develop a good rapport with customers and internal business owners, and will liaise with Sales and various internal teams to identify process efficiencies around customer account information management.
Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business-related field.
Will consider limited years of work experience but must be a driven, hardworking individual.
Technical skills:
Must have solid Excel Skills, such as: Spreadsheets, features such as Pivot tables, Advanced Queries, any Macros experience, etc., VBA, SQL; Any Oracle is a big plus but not required.
The candidate must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
Strong customer service and verbal and written communication skills are required.
Candidate must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner. Interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment is a must, and have the flexibility to handle various job assignments
