Construction Superintendent
This is a leadership position that requires project management duties for a growing residential construction firm.
Essential Job Functions:
⢠Provide project management for multiple painting projects.
⢠You will never be painting, but managing numerous professional painter foreman.
⢠Confer with homeowners, foreman, sales and design professionals for painting projects.
⢠Adhere to and communicate strict schedules.
⢠Inspect and review projects to monitor quality.
Qualifications:
⢠College degree and/or 3 plus years of construction management experience.
⢠Prior history working with subcontractors preferred.
⢠Prior history with residential customers a plus.
Required Abilities:
⢠Strong communication by call, text and email.
⢠Average computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management software.
⢠Self motivated to visit and inspect multiple job sites daily.
⢠Some evenings and Saturday hours are necessary during the peaks season of Spring, Summer and Fall.
