RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Experience and Loyalty
Ensure all calls are answered promptly and professionally, with effective resolutions to customer issues.
Ensure customers receive consistent and reliable service while consistently looking for process improvement.
Process returns for customers; Additional projects as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business-related field.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Customer Service Rep.
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literacy with MS Office applications.
Problem solving skills with an assertive ability to manage and resolve difficult situations.
