Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Location: Work from home
Payment: Base salary + bonuses
Type of employment: Part-time (full-time is available after 4 weeks probation period)
Job duties:
- consulting customers about the services of the company;
- monitoring conversion rates of electronic;
- controlling exchange operations;
- maintaining paperwork and financial reports.
We offer:
- a basic salary of $3990 a month plus bonuses for excellent performance;
- part-time home-based position;
- free training;
- personal Supervisor for the intensive training
and individual advising during the probation period.
The ideal candidate will:
- be at least 25 y.o.;
- have a high school diploma or GED equivalent;
- have computer skills (e-mail, Internet, MS Office);
- be available by phone and e-mail throughout the day;
- have a responsible attitude and "get it done" approach.
