Salons by JC is seeking an individual with salon management experience and a stellar combination of customer service and administrative skills to fill the Office Manager position at our Roswell Road (Northriver Shopping Center – Sandy Springs) facility location, leasing and overseeing 35 salon and spa suites! In addition to being cheerful, positive and possessing outstanding people skills, you must be proficient using Apple products as well as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Dropbox and various forms of social media.
Duties include:
- actively working to get all suites leased and maintaining full occupancy
- building and maintaining a friendly community environment among salon suite operators
- answering phones and emails timely
- directing guests to their suites
- generating daily social media posts
- producing weekly and monthly sales reports
- collecting and depositing rent weekly
- scheduling building maintenance as needed
- scheduling quarterly education for salon suite operators
- keeping common areas stocked, sanitized and clean at all times
