SHOP MANAGER needed for NAPA AUTOCARE & TRUCK SERVICE CENTER
Busy NAPA AutoCare seeking experienced auto shop manager. Looking for a long-term, committed individual. We have been in business for over 55 years and are still growing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage mechanics with daily tasks
Request parts and supplies from internal and external sources
Provide superior customer service, in person and over the telephone
Respond quickly and accurately to part requests from shop personnel
Maintain accurate files and customer information
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
Always represent the company in a professional, helpful and friendly manner
Qualifications
5 years experience in Auto Shop Management required
5 years computer experience (MS Word, e-mails, internet, etc.)
Must have clean driving record ( MVR will be checked)
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
