Job Details:
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Atlanta, GA 30303
Pay: $12.00/hr.
Hours: 7:00AM-7:00PM (Will work an 8 hours shift in-between this time)
Term: Long term temp to hire contract
Start Date:
April 8th, 2019
Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with questions, concerns and inquiries regarding healthcare accounts.
Reviewing healthcare plans with potential customers and assisting with the enrollment process
Handling 70-80 calls per day
Requirements:
1 year of continuous call center experience required
Professional demeanor and positive
High School Diploma and GED required
Willing to submit to background check and drug test
