Responsibilities Include:
>Daily interaction with Senior PM
>Pulling job permits
>Directing notice to contractor/notice of commencement
>Assisting with technician man hours at payroll periods
>Creating purchase orders for equipment purchases
>Overseeing Technician Truck Maintenance
>Interaction with company central station
>Creating new customer project files
>Interacting with Sales and Accounting team members
>Drawing approvals with fire marshal
>Drawing process to our clients
>Correspondence with clients, technicians
>Maintain project files
>Additional team interaction
