We are seeking an energetic front-desk associate! We offer our customers a modern, personalized experience from start to finish and need a friendly, organized individual to join our team to assist in providing top-notch customer service!

Duties:
- Answer incoming calls on multi-line phone
- Respond to incoming customer emails & website form submissions
- Listen & respond to voicemails
- Set appointments utilizing schedule on our software system
- Check customers in upon arrival and gather necessary information
- Collect customer payments: cash, credit card, and online invoicing
- Maintain cleanliness & tidiness of front office
Hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 1 hour for lunch & (2) 30 minute breaks.
