Location: Atlanta, GA Description: Our client is currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer W2 Only
This job will have the following responsibilities:
2 roles, 1 Senior (Lead with 70/30 Dev vs Admin & Design - 8-10 yrs exp.)
1 more Junior (regular hands-on 100% Developer 3-5 yrs exp.)
Current release: Madrid; open to Kingston, London, Paris, etc. (Orlando release is coming up)
Experience with implementing new modules (CSM) would be great.
The ServiceNow candidate will be responsible for supporting ongoing business needs for ServiceNow configuration, implementation and support.
This position will focus on gathering and documenting user, process and functional requirements and developing technical requirements. In addition, the position will be responsible for scripting custom workflows, onboarding and off boarding new employees, deploying ServiceNow configurations, testing configurations, overall governance, and managing the CMDB.
Demonstrates a thorough level of knowledge, and/or a proven record of success in roles performing ServiceNow configuration, implementation, and support, which includes but is not limited to the following aspects of ServiceNow administration:
Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on of ServiceNow
Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project
Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities in parallel
Work directly with end users to resolve support issues
Document business requirements for utilizing ServiceNow for business processes
Research and analyze information in order to extract and synthesize relevant data for stakeholders
Qualifications & Requirements:
Certification Preferred: ServiceNow Admin and Developer
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Customer Service Management(CSM)
ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
Nice to have skills: Pendo, Pagerduty, Stackdriver, Jira
System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML,REST/SOAP, CSS, HTTP, SSO-SAML;
Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow CMS and / ITSM modules
Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST, SSO-SAML Setup
Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus
Integration of ServiceNow to other Applications
JavaScript and/or Java development
