Atlanta Adventure Tours is looking for reservation and rental professionals to provide electric bike rentals to guests of Stone Mountain Park for both year-round and part time employment.
Qualified candidates will possess and be able to demonstrate the following characteristics:
● Excellent customer service skills
● Comfortable speaking in front of small groups
● Passionate about Stone Mountain History
● Strong leadership skills
● The ability to learn how to teach bike riding skills
● A safety first mentality at all times
● An ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Our ideal applicant will:
● Have solid experience in customer service/retail
● Know a bit about Metro Atlanta
● Be comfortable speaking to groups (and sometimes crowds)
● Ensure safety first and make every guests feel 100% comfortable riding prior to leaving office
● Be able to work independently and make solid, sound decisions
● Have a calm, professional demeanor, with an ability to adapt in stressful situations
● Be punctual and reliable
● Be available at least 3-4 days each week, including one weekend day.
Duties:
● Arrive on time and ready to provide truly great customer service for each rental group
● Make guest experiences unforgettable from start to finish. This includes engaging and encouraging guests, giving safe instructions, and taking responsibility for all guests and equipment
● Offer personal recommendations to guests regarding restaurants, museums, and attractions for those visiting Metro Atlanta
● Basic office work to check in guests, take payments, and keep things running smoothly as needed.
● Routine cleaning and maintenance of bikes
