We are currently seeking reliable employees who are organized, dynamic and ready to join our call center for our overnight shift.
Our job requires this individual to professionally take inbound calls from various clients, in an upbeat and friendly manner.
If you are not able to work on weekends or holidays, please do not apply. Holidays are required if they fall on your scheduled day. You must have late night/overnight experience. Training will be a minimum 1 to 2 months in our call center office. After training is complete, ALL POSITIONS are telecommuting (WORK FROM HOME) optional with minimum one/two workday(s) a month in our office. Training is paid. We provide the work from home equipment. Interviews are in-person.
Skills needed for this position:
Proficient active listening and typing
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and with a team
Available to work weekends and holidays.
