Immediate opening for Lead 2âs and Young 3âs Teacher
Qualities:
*Self-motivated and goal oriented.
* Experienced professional that enjoys working with children in this fast passed energetic classroom.
*Can communicate well with families.
*Strong classroom management skills, enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable.
Available hours Monday - Friday 8:30 to 5:30
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a professional child care setting is required.
Previous experience working with 2 to 3 year old children.
Early childhood education, CDA, Paraprofessional or equivalent a plus
Responsibilities:
The Lead Teacher will work closely with the other Teachers, Leadership team and assist in any capacity.
Coordinate program implementation, e.g., help gather information, assess children, keep records, implement programs and Curriculum, clean classroom throughout the day and at the end of the day, Change children, assist parents, help organize, plan and attend parent/teacher conferences, attend meetings, workshops and special events.
Acquire and Maintain the required annual Bright from the Start training hours.
Punctual and reliable.
Dresses professionally
Greats every child, parent and tour that enters the classroom.
