Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Engineering Quality Manager will ensure compliance with established quality assurance procedures and take required action to ensure the quality of the engineering deliverables. Provide quality control review, identify sources of error, and refine the engineering process.

Responsibilities :

  • Administer the Engineering Quality Management System within the local office. Participate in building design project kickoffs, tracks discipline checklist completion, audit projects, ensure the quality program is updated with lessons learned and facilitate monthly quality management reviews.
  • Guide the delivery and development of large scale and comprehensive project execution quality plans. Provide technical quality reviews, resolve engineering coordination problems and work on multidisciplinary projects.
  • Work closely with production professionals to identify processes, procedures, and control measures through which you'll monitor quality performance and ensure projects follow the correct protocol.


Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of quality requirements and project delivery processes.
  • 10 years of experience in engineering or industrial projects.
  • The ability to lead quality assurance and audit programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor members of the project team
  • Previous experience with quality assurance and compliance activities
  • Experience preparing a comprehensive quality audit programs for the project
  • The successful candidate should be open to 10 - 15% travel to other offices for project reviews and training.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or relatable field
