Project Manager/Scrum Master Atlanta, GA 24+ Months Position is Remote until Sept/Oct of this year Specifically looking for a PM/SM who has minimum of 5 years experience managing multiple Agile projects. The main effort for the resource will be to manage the ongoing work in our PTC (Positive Train Control) monitoring program and ACHIEVE application. This highly visible initiative requires a seasoned PM/SM who can communicate and deliver work on these efforts. This includes status and presentations to senior leadership both in IT and business groups, communicating with peer PM/SMs for cross functional impact analysis and helping shepherd a team through an agile transformation. The candidate should also have the following experience: Job Duties:
Prior experience managing application development projects
Experience transitioning from Waterfall to Agile paired with strong Agile background specifically SCRUM
At least 3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master leading a software development team diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory, and knowledge of additional Agile approaches (Scaled Agile, Kanban, Release Train Engineer, etc.)
Advanced experience with Jira
Must have capability to flex across Scrum Master, Project Manager and Program Manager roles
Prior experience managing transportation, logistics or asset management projects preferred
Prior Railroad or transportation industry experience preferred but not required
