Understands Product deployment architecture
Develops system level End2End Test cases
Executes E2E Test cases with customer datasets (where possible)
Identify and help to automate Regression Tests cases sprints and integrate system level tests with CI/CD pipeline
Analyze test results, detect issues and track root causes
Suggest fixes and improvements in the products
Common ResponsibilitiesWork closely across scrum teams / security / devops / psr / sre teams to get the intended results
Participate in Sprint planning and release planning with Engineering teams
Define acceptance criteria for performance testing. Continuously learn and improve the PSR testing practices in HCI.
Analyze root causes for SIT Defects and provide corrective actions.
Mentor scrum teams and SIT teams. Collaborate with larger SIT teams to deploy SIT best practices
Communicate progress and issues through regular Status Reports.
YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software engineering
2+ years of C#/.NET, and scripting coding experience
2+ years experience working with databases (SQL) and writing queries
5+ years of troubleshooting and debugging skills
3+ years of Testing techniques using Jira, Confluence, or Scrum board
6+ years of Implementing solutions at customer premises, participated in customer FAT / SAT
6+ years of Domain experience, having domain application testing experiences (w.r.t asset health management, monitoring, predictive maintenance of assets etc)
WE VALUE9 years of overall professional software engineering experience plus
Good experience with testing of large B2B enterprise SaaS applications.
Good experiences in working across various stakeholders across Eng/GTAC/Ops/SRE and conflict resolution
Working experiences either with Spec flow
Must have clear communication and problem-solving skills, must be a good team player
Know software development using Agile methodology.
