We are 75 years strong and still growing. Come grow with us!Job Description:Crowe is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead/Release Train Engineer (Manager Level) in our Product Engineering practice. This team member will serve as a servant leader and coach across our Digital Audit Program Teams. The successful candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal communication, facilitation, organization, and time management skills. You will be responsible for directing and optimizing the flow of value for the program and teams.You will be responsible for coaching leaders, and teams on Agile-Lean practices, methodologies, and mindsets. You should foster self-organization, self-management, and continuous improvement across the program. You will enable program teams to achieve program increment goals, delivering quality and working software. You will ensure there is high visibility into team dependencies, risks, and overall delivery.Responsibilities:Collaborate with product management and technology teams in translating the product vision into a roadmap that reflects the product vision and enables execution across the program.Responsible for publishing program increment communications that outline the business value, objectives, and metrics targeted, and achieved, by the program teams.Oversee and ensure Program Increment Planning readiness: product vision, backlogs, business value and logistics. Executes planning session on cadence.Provide visibility into program health, progress, and impediments through information radiators.Manage, escalate, and drive resolution of program risks and dependencies with key stakeholders: product engineering teams, leadership, product management, program stakeholders.Responsible for conducting and presenting executive reviews of program progress. This will include roadmap review, current program metrics, velocity, and progress on preparedness for the upcoming program increment.Drive program level continuous improvement.Accountable for ensuring the creation of all program artifacts (program initiation forms, statements of work, change requests, and closures).Lead the management of the program's efforts, including resource plans, forecasts, issues, and action items.Coach and mentor, the program and organizational leaders on Agile tools, practices, principles, and mindset to optimize output of valuable working software.Qualifications:Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field5 to 7 years of Agile experience; Agile or Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, etc.) Scaling Agile certification strongly preferred (SAFe agilest, SAFe Program Consultant, RTE etc.)5 to 7 years project management experience preferred.2+ years' experience playing a leadership role within a scaled program.Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool for backlog and program managementStrong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with people from many different disciplines.Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles processes and best practices, e.g.: BDD, TDD, continuous integration, continuous deliveryExperience leading a remote program leveraging both US and offshore based resources.Strong leadership, interpersonal, organization, analytical, and For full info follow application link.EOE M/F/D/V
