Second level would be a plus.o Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least three years for a software development team, leading the Agile ceremonies.o Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc)o Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etco Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile GamesoExcellent communication and mentoring skills Technical Skills:o Should have prior development experience in Data and Analytics, to understand programming terminologies and drive the team technically as well.o Data Engineering skills in Google Cloud Platform- Big Query, Pub/Sub, Composer, Dataflow) Analytics skills in Tableau, PowerBI, SAP BOo Expert in Advanced configurations in JIRA – setting up Scrum Board,custom components, various charts and reports, Git integration
