Education and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have minimum of 8+ years of experience leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Should have experience in selling IT Solutions/Services/Staffing Sales as Sr. Business Development/IT Sales Executive for acquiring new direct clients.


Responsibilities:
  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain existing business, new client acquisitions
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Should be well aware of all tax terms and Visa's
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Good understanding existing, new and emerging technology
  • Establish and conduct client visits to meet KPI's.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce to log all leads, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business
  • Collaborate with recruiters, account managers to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions
  • Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi- tasking, and self- motivated
  • Experienced in handling clients and implementation partners.
  • Must have hands-on experience in market research to generate new leads using LinkedIn

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5- 10 years prior industry related business development experience
  • Should have experience in live client interactions, cold calls
  • Good knowledge on Contract, contract -hire and permanent roles in IT
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
