Support the various catalyst hubs with technical guidance when:
o Interacting with startups through the envision and scout phases
o Deep due diligence on startup solutions in the scope and prove phases
o Development of architecture documents that explain how a startup fits into a Deloitte solution or market offering
o Compare different startup solutions in the AI and Cloud space
o Determining the fit of startups with alliance (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud Platform, ServiceNow) roadmaps in a coexistence strategy
o Determine the fit of startup solutions with our internal products and assets (e.g. how a healthcare startup might fit in with our ConvergeHealth products)
Serve as the co-lead for the catalyst hubs with his/her SM counterpart, who will oversee definition of business models, commercialization plans, functional expertise on use cases, interactions with Innovation Advisory Boards, among other activities.
Serve as a go-to SME for the AI and Cloud SGO teams, who fall under New Business Innovation
Serve as the extension into the broader architecture and engineering capability present in Innovation and Platforms.
Have an understanding/experience in client service sales and be able to 'walk in the shoes' of our PMDs to understand what they care about relative to a partner relationship
The Individual in this role will report to Catalyst MD on a regular basis and be responsible for driving their daily work. This is a full-time role or an 12-18-month rotational Enabling Model role within the US Consulting National Office (Consulting Innovation) with potential for full-time transfer. Individuals should expect 10% travel. ( While 10% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice. )

Qualifications
Required:
Currently Senior Manager level, or anticipating promotion in the next year
Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and cloud vendors, landscape and concepts
Strong network in the firm, able to connect dots between different OPs and Industries
Technical background, but also able to speak the language of a business executive / leader
Strong executive presence and presentation skills
Ability to work in an ambiguous work environment that changes daily
Preferred:
Natural problem solver with strong ability to apply structured thinking to challenges and apply phased approach to next steps
Ability to coach peers and leaders and drive collective work forward using Agile expertise
Experience with startups and their founders
Experience with due diligence of startup or vendor solutions
Experience with vendor selection processes
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
