Ouremployees are empowered to think outside of the box and provide innovativesolutions to our customers.Work you ll do:In partnership with other leaders in the firm, you will focus on selling anddelivering cloud solutions using AWS, Azure and Google Cloud and as a keymember of Architecture group, ensure success in building and migratingapplications, software and services on public cloud.Promote public cloud internally to sales and delivery teams to drive growth.Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of Public Cloud andparticipate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designedfor successful deployment in the cloudCapture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the public cloud solutionsarchitect communityAuthor or otherwise contribute to public cloud customer-facing publicationssuch as whitepapersBuild deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customersto enable them to be cloud advocatesAct as a technical liaison between customers, delivery teams and support.Qualifications Required:Self-starter with an in-depth hands-on work experience with large-scaleimplementations of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or with AWS or Azure.Knowledge of J2EE, .NET, and cloud technologies development languages andtools, to continue with developmentDirect experience migrating applications from the enterprise to public cloudproviders (e.g. Amazon, Google, or Microsoft)Experience helping development teams build and deploy micro services basedapplications in public cloud Experience with Continuous Integration &Continuous Deployment tools and processesUnderstanding of emerging technologies and end-user needs.Travel up to 100% (While 100% of travel is a requirement of the role, dueto COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice ).Preferred:10 years of overall experience, to include a minimum of 5 years ofenterprise, full-life cycle in Architecture in the professional IT/SoftwareDevelopment services industry.10 years of experience with Java / J2EE technologies and Architectingsolutions using Web technologies3 years project experience migrating and deploying cloud based solutions(GCP, Azure or AWS)3 years architecting, implementing and supporting Microsoft Azure or AmazonWeb Services infrastructure and topologiesBachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalentwork experience. MBA preferred.Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect or Azure, AWS equivalentpreferred.Understanding of Infrastructure as a Service, Infrastructure as Code andrelated concepts on public cloud.Proven experience as a successful senior engineer and/or cloud engineerhighly desirableContainer experience with Docker and Kubernetes or other containerorchestration platformsUnderstanding of Agile, SCRUM and Continuous DeliveryDemonstrated skills in leadership, communication, coaching, analysis, problemsolving and short term and long term planning.Experienced, persuasive and effective presenter, both written and verbal.Knowledge of standard selling disciplines, specifically Solution Selling andRFP management.Experience leading high performance, results driven teams with a focus onclient satisfaction.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diversesituations, multiple initiatives and rapidly changing priorities.Sponsorship:Limitedimmigration sponsorship may be available.Howyou ll grow:AtDeloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at everylevel of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best workevery day.
