This person will need to be able to become familiar with our products in order to help translate client requirements into technical requirements, understand when something is a configuration change vs custom code. This is a senior position that will be supporting multiple complex projects aimed at delivering IT solutions and services that meet company cost, quality, and strategic targets.Minimum requirements:
7+ years of IT business analyst experience
BS/BA degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience required

Understands client Functional and Technical Business Requirements to ensure proper Implementation.
Assist with gather Client Requirements.
Model proposed software specifications and perform requirement/artifact traceability.
Aids with the development of strategies for the improvement of implementation process.
Align Client Business requirements to Accuity Technical offerings.
Understand organizational motivations including problems, goals, and objectives. Assess and document the benefits, risks, and critical success factors of the project. Demonstrate that business needs are satisfied within a given technical solution.
Create JIRA’s for the Implementation Software Developers as defined from client requests.
Keeps senior managers and clients up to date with project progress.
Works closely and proactively with other team members and other teams to resolve complex solutions and client issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Staying up-to-date on the latest Product Development and Enablement initiatives.
Managing competing resources and priorities.
Ability to understand our FSI Platform and other products to be able to relate those to client requirements.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with knowledge/ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
Strong leadership abilities that can work well independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodology
Guide and mentor less-experienced staff as necessary.
A strong knowledge of conceptual data modelling, UML modelling, data flows, data analysis and data processing
Broad understanding of software development methodologies
Experience using a recognized development methodology e.g., Agile, SCRUM, KANBAN
Strong facilitation skills, ability to facilitate workshops with all staff levels
Excellent organization/project planning, time management, change management across multiple functional groups and departments, and delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing projects and managing projects of various size and complexity
