Summary: The Meta Growth Paid Ads team runs digital advertising campaigns to market the Meta family of apps including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp globally. The team is looking for a Creative Program Manager to lead creative strategy and day-to-day tactical execution across multiple internal and external partners & teams. This role will be responsible for making sure the team consistently delivers strong creative and hits key milestones. This role will work with many partner teams to manage the creative program to build new creative, test creative assets & strategies and report on performance. This role will also own driving the overall creative strategy across the entire Paid Ads program.Required Skills: Creative Program Manager Responsibilities:Define and execute on the short- and long-term creative strategy for the Paid Ads program.

Proactively identify, propose, and implement initiatives that improve the team’s processes, tools, infrastructure, and workflows.

Manage the day-to-day for multiple creative projects across apps by defining scope, timelines, milestones, resource needs, budgets, and deliverables. Ensure there are clear expectations, track progress, understand dependencies, and communicate status to project stakeholders.

Build and manage relationships with cross-functional team members both internally and externally across a wide variety of disciplines (marketing, product, and data science) to ensure a smooth process and successful project delivery.

Partner across multiple teams to make sure initiatives are resourced appropriately for all the creative project work-streams.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:Experience working with data and experience with taking an analytical approach across the digital ads creative process.

Organization skills with experience to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.

4+ years of experience building creative for digital ad campaigns including Facebook and Google.

4+ years of program/project management experience.

Communication and relationship building skills to work effectively across multiple cross-functional external and internal teams including Brand & Performance Marketing, Product and Data Science.

Proven experience driving global projects across multiple cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
