Position: Customer Support Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA / San Ramon, CA (temporary remote) Contract
Job Purpose/Responsibilities:
Listen, prioritize, and document customer requests and issues ensuring resolution and follow up on customer needs/requests
To successfully provide customer support and improve our knowledge base
Participate in an Agile work team and drive improvements in our core service offerings
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal skills
Linux system basic user knowledge
Administering and supporting/user of the Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Understanding on Developer tools like GitHub, SVN, Git, Jenkins
Self-starter, flexible, who is motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment, with an extroverted personality and is at ease working as part of a team of highly-talented professionals
Knowledge on agile software development methodology
