Qualifications:
Under limited direction, matures the Information Security Department’s data analytics function. Leveraging experience gained working on high-performing data analytics teams, builds and improves team processes, and strengthens team member expertise. Directly contributes to the creation of metrics and dashboards from requirement gathering and design through data ingestion and visualization. Builds business workflow automation solutions where needed to facilitate measurement. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or 4 Years equivalent experience

Experience:
7 years or more Knowledge Areas: • UI/UX Design • Statistical Analysis and Modelling • BI & Metrics Lifecycle Technical Skills: • Tableau (intermediate to advanced) • Scripting Languages: PowerShell, Python, R • SQL, ETL tools • MS Power Platform, SharePoint, Excel Certifications/Licenses: • CDMP, MCSE Data Management and Analytics, CAP (Certified Analytics Professional) Individual Competences: • Demonstrates Self-Awareness • Problem Solving • Action-Oriented • Communicates Effectively • Collaborates

Responsibilities:
• Develops scripts and automated workflows for business processes, data ETL, and user notification. • Given an information security function to measure the effectiveness of, facilitates requirement gathering, metric and BI solution design, acquisition and preparation of data, and implementing visualizations. • Identifies indicators and interprets statistical data to detect, correct and prevent situations that may impact security risk. • Serves as a subject matter expert to the Security Data Analytics team in demonstrating new methods and techniques used in BI and data analytic field. • Develops business intelligence dashboards, analytic reports and data visualizations using various BI and data analytic tools. • Maintains cyber security designs, plans, controls, processes, standards, and policies and procedures, library of model documents, templates, and other knowledge assets
