We are currently in search of a qualified Desktop Technician II to join a successful fast-food chain for an onsite position.

Duration: 3 month contract-to-hire
Onsite: Atlanta, GA
Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pmRequirements and Responsibilities:

  • CompTIA A+
  • 5+ years of proven deskside support experience working in a fast-paced enterprise environment
  • Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution. Achieves SLA attainment rate of 90% or above
  • Extensive experience working with Windows 7/10 and Mac OS
  • Office 365 experience - Troubleshooting
  • Single Sign On (SSO) -Troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Intune - Managing users and devices
  • Proficient with ServiceNow
  • Active Directory experience "managing users and computers
  • Proficiency in Group Policy Objects - GPO
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and end users
  • Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a large company
  • Experience supporting a conference room with familiarity in AV hardware / software
  • ServiceNow experience preferred
