This is a perfect role for an ambitious thinker, passionate about creating high-impact positive social change through volunteer programs. We are seeking a driven, ambitious, people-developer who will collaborate across our company to launch a new product, while accelerating our progress toward company Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) global impact objectives.Core Responsibilities:Craft and drive end-to-end digital transformation across people, process and technology while driving business value based on the strategy and priorities of multiple partnersLead all go-to-market activities including development of appropriate relationships and influence to drive go-to-market strategy, including the coordination activities, content creation, partner enablement, and internal and external communications plansDrive company-wide engagement, adoption and change management strategy to support 5x engagement on platformEnhance and develop new strategies to execute programs that effectively partner skilled volunteers on high impact engagements with nonprofits and education institutions; including management of a mighty programmatic teamCapture and harness internal and field insights on pro bono volunteerism to advise long-term roadmap of platform capabilities, engagement and enablement plansEnsure accountability for impact outcomes, both within the team and across internal and external audiencesGuide overall programming, enablement, and messaging consistency across business units and audiences throughout corporate communications, while accommodating outstanding programs and communications that are locally resonantDevelop, analyze and evaluate the impact, resource requirements and cost/benefit of new programs and initiativesEvangelize platform and program benefits through compelling presentations, graphics/illustrations, blog posts, and moreEnsure appropriate recognition, and celebration for participation in programs and achievement of impact goalsEncouraged Experience and Capabilities:10+ years experience in running global corporate employee engagement programs, and/ or skills-based volunteer programsExperience with SaaS product development lifecycle, and successful leadership of new product introduction, and go-to-market strategiesWell-versed in the latest trends in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)Knowledge of Salesforce (http://salesforce.com/) product and platform features, capabilities, common nonprofit and education and philanthropic use casesExperienced business executive and manager that empowers complex high-value projects; using a combination of visioning, storytelling and data to engage stakeholdersSelf-Leadership: Is courageous, resilient, highly self-aware, and committed to ongoing self-developmentDrives for Results: Sets and maintains high standards and challenges all employees to achieve goals, even under challengingAccountability: Leads through holding self and others accountable for their actions, decisions and outcomes.Optimize Talent: Builds capabilities and engagement by developing staff to be their bestTeamwork: Seeks and prioritizes different points of view to unlock collective potential of diverse teams across the organizationContinuous Improvement: Identifies and implements business process improvements that scale, takes smart risks and rewards experimentationAccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form (https://careers.mail.salesforce.com/accommodations-request-form) .Posting StatementAt Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
